Agreement
- To reserve your event date, we require one half of your invoice total as a Non-Refundable deposit by check or credit card. You are responsible for providing the remaining balance 30 days prior to your event date. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your event.
- Candy Buffets are available throughout your event. For events lasting more than 5 hours, overtime may be requested at an additional charge.
- It is imperative that we have a sturdy, strong table to support the Candy Buffet and containers. Any specialty linens or decorations need to be available to our set-up crew upon our arrival.
- A travel fee may apply if your event is more than 30 miles outside the Atlanta 285 perimeter.
- Peachy Treats arrives prior to the designated starting time to set up. After the event, we will take down and clean up the Candy Buffet.
- We cannot be held responsible for non-performance of contracted obligations due to certain events including, but not limited to: cancellation or postponement of the event by the client, riots, war, acts of God, acts of government and other actions of Authorities that are beyond our control.
